The brand

Danfoss is a global technology company focused on sustainable energy solutions. This project centers on developing a Customer Engagement Tool aimed at strengthening Danfoss’ relationship with its customers through a more visual and interactive presentation of products and solutions. The goal was to help sales and marketing teams communicate complex technical concepts in an inspiring and user-friendly way.

The problem

Danfoss already had a digital presentation tool, but its interface was outdated and not optimized for user experience. The navigation felt cluttered, the content hierarchy was unclear, and the tool lacked the flexibility and visual appeal needed for effective customer engagement. Sales teams struggled to create smooth, customized presentations, which limited the tool’s potential as a strong communication asset. The challenge was to redesign the existing interface with a focus on modern UI principles and improved UX flow to make the experience more intuitive, engaging, and aligned with Danfoss’ professional identity.

The action

The project resulted in an interactive Customer Engagement Tool, designed with a focus on usability, flexibility, and visual storytelling. Through prototyping in Figma and user testing, a digital solution was created that allows Danfoss employees to customize presentations, filter content by customer type, and deliver more engaging meetings. The final product combines intuitive design with Danfoss’ technological identity, enhancing the overall customer experience through digital interaction and clear visual communication.
