26 years old with more hobbies than time!

I’ve always been a person with many interests and passions. As shown in my projects, I’m deeply passionate about design and art. In addition to that, I’m also an equestrian, I’ve had horses since I was 12, which I’ve shared with my older sister. My horses have been competition horses, and I even managed to take second place in the Southern Jutland Championship at D-level. Working with horses has taught me responsibility, care, and empathy, as well as fostered a healthy sense of competition and passion.

Beyond horses and art, my hobbies over the years have included photography, archery, reading, bookbinding, football, handball, gymnastics, video games, and dog training.

Passion in uniform

My passion for horses led me to join the Danish Armed Forces specifically the HESK, so I could take part in the ceremonial duty of escorting the reigning monarch and performing other royal assignments.

My time in the military included both standard training and specialized training in the stables, where we learned everything about caring for and handling the squadron’s horses. The days were long and demanding, sometimes starting at 5 in the morning and ending at 11 at night, but it was worth every moment.

My experience in the Armed Forces taught me how to work under pressure and as part of a team. It also gave me a much deeper understanding of myself — my strengths, my limits, and my capacity to endure. It’s an experience I’ll carry with me for life and a source of resilience I can always draw upon.

A nerd with a flair for design

I’ve already talked about my interest in art, but it’s important for me to emphasize that it’s truly my lifeblood. Art is what I always return to when nothing else is happening, and I constantly find ways to weave it into my other hobbies — like in the example on the right, where I illustrated my own characters from a video game.

Video games have been a big part of my life alongside art. I’ve played World of Warcraft since I was six years old, even at a competitive level. Through that experience, I’ve learned a great deal about teamwork and collaboration with people from different countries, as some parts of the game require twenty people to work together toward a single goal.

English skills have also grown to a high level in this environment, as it’s the main language used for communication.
